Ally Sheedy
Alexandra Elizabeth Sheedy is an American actor from the United States. Her birth date was June 13th in 1962. Her debut in film was Bad Boys (1983). After that She joined the Bratpack and starred as a character in WarGames (1983) The Breakfast Club(1985) as well as Short Circuit (1986). The performance of Sheedy in Lisa Cholodenko's High Art (2000) won her the Independent Spirit Award, Best Female Actress. Ally Sheedy has been an American author and actress for over 20 years. She started her film career at the beginning of the 1980s when she appeared in the crime-drama film Bad Boys, for which she was rewarded with a great deal of applause. In the film directed by Rick Rosenthal, other well-known actors like Sean Penn Esai Morales Clancy Brown as well as Alan Ruck also appeared. After her breakthrough in her first film, she was later seen in the 1985 comedy drama The Breakfast Club. The film by John Hughes called The Breakfast Club has been hailed as among high school cinema's best films. Although the budget was just $1 million its earnings crossed the mark of $50 million. Also, she began to appear on various television shows like CBS Schoolbreak. This was her first TV appearance. In April 1980, the show began to air. It was aimed at teens. Chicago Story Big City Samuels and the Kid, Hill Street Blues and Chicago Story are among the other shows on which she's appeared. One of her most recent performances is Little Sister. Another one, X-Men Apocalypse a story that revolves around a female superhero, in which she has a cameo. Sheedy for her amazing performances has received numerous awards, one of which was the MTV Movie Award for Silver Bucket of Excellence Award in 2005.
